What makes BBLUNT's Salon Secret High Shine Creme Hair Colour so unique?

BBLUNT's Salon Secret High Shine Creme Hair Colour is the first product to break all the stereotypes of using a colourant and developer mix for hair colouring. Along with the regular components, it has a third element in the form of a Shine Tonic.

With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Adhuna Bhabani noticed that most of the hair colours gave a very flat and opaque colour that made the hair look very dull. Therefore, BBLUNT did exactly what you needed. It came up with a unique way of not only colouring your hair but also giving it a lustrous shine.

What does the box contain?

Salon Secret Colourant: 1 Tube of Creme colourant 50 gms

Salon Secret Developer: 1 Tube of Developer 50 gms

Colour your hair with a Secret Shine

• Step 1: Let's Prep
  Put on the gloves included in your BBLUNT's Salon Secret High Shine Creme Hair Colour pack.
• Step 2: Mix it up
  • For All over Colour:Open the tubes marked as Colourant, Developer, and Shine Tonic and squeeze all the contents into a non-metallic bowl. Using a tinting brush, mix the contents until it is creamy and smooth.
  • For Root Touch-up: Use 25 gm of Colourant and Developer and 4 ml of Shine Tonic and squeeze all the contents into a non-metallic bowl.
  • Follow the mark on the tubes for ease. Don't forget to cap the tubes tightly after use. Now using a brush, mix it together until it's creamy and smooth.
• Step 3: Put it on
  Apply the mixture immediately to your hair with a tinting brush.
• Step 4: Leave it in
  Leave it for 30 minutes (45 minutes for the shade - Wine Deep Burgundy)
• Step 5: Wash it off
  Add a small amount of water and emulsify for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly till water runs clear.
• Step 6: Shampoo and Condition
  Use your favourite BBLUNT Shampoo and Conditioner, and shampoo your hair as usual.
• Poison: Not for internal use

Stylist Tips

1. Colour on colour makes the hair darker. So ensure that the colour does not overlap with the previously coloured hair when you touch up your roots.
2. In order to maintain the colour ensure that you touch up your roots every 4 to 6 weeks.

Safety tips

Hai colours can cause allergic reaction. Follow these instructions to have a safe colouring experience.

• Skin hypersensitivity test must be done 48 hours before each application, even if you have already used a hair colour
• Can cause allergic reaction
• Temporary 'black henna' tattoos may increase your risk of allergy
• Do not colour your hair if: you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, if you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair or if you have experienced a reaction to a temporary 'black henna' tattoo in the past
• In case of a reaction during the application such as intense stinging, irritation, rash or burning sensation on the scalp rinse immediately and discontinue use
• If you experience shortness of breath, seek immediate medical attention. Before colouring again, consult a physician
• Wear suitable gloves during application of this product
• Rinse hair well after application
• Avoid contact of the product with the skin & eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes in contact with them. Consult a physician if irritation persists
• Keep out of the reach of children
• It is only for use on cranial (head) hair
• Do not inhale or ingest

Skin Hypersensitivity Test

Always perform the skin hypersensitivity test 48 hours before each and every application of this product.

• Cleanse a small area of skin behind ear or inner surface of the forearm using soap and water or alcohol
• Mix a small quantity of Colourant, Developer and a drop of Shine Tonic and apply on previously cleansed skin and allow it to dry. Wash after 48 hours with soap and water and observe
• Don't forget to cap the tubes immediately after use
• Colour can be considered safe for use if no reddening, burning, itching, irritation or swelling is experienced in or around test area

Caution and Warning

Hair colour can cause severe allergic reactions. Please read the following instructions carefully.

• This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation/allergic irritation in certain cases
• Skin hypersensitivity test should be performed according to accompanying directions 48 hours before each application even if you have already used a hair colourant before
• The product should not be used for colouring eyelashes/eyebrows as its use may cause blindness
• Use only as directed
• Rinse eyes immediately with copious amount of water if the product comes into contact with them
• If irritation persists, consult a doctor
• Do not use hair colour if your scalp is sore, has any cuts or abrasions or is in a diseased condition
• For use on cranial (head) hair only. Do not inhale/ingest

Let that Secret Shine stay for long

To ensure that your hair colour stays for long, there are a few DON'Ts that you need to keep in mind.

• Do not shampoo your hair too frequently. Washing your hair twice to thrice a week that is more than enough
• Do not use hot water for shampooing. Luke warm water is good enough. Do not wet your hair unnecessarily
• If you are fond of swimming then make sure that you use a protective leave-in conditioner or wear a swimming cap before stepping into the pool, as chlorinated water can be harmfulto your hair colour
• Always use a colour-protected shampoo followed by a conditionerfor your coloured hair.We suggest that you use BBLUNT's Shampooand Conditioner (as per your hair type) as they are safe for coloured hair and also provideyour hair with moisturization and nourishment
